Hi, Ashton!
ReplyDeleteI read the list of tips for taking care of ourselves while being politically active. It's valuable and I am sharing it with friends and family. "Resistance fatigue" is a thing, and I have witnessed people experiencing burnout in the months since the election. We are of no use to others or to a noble cause if we fall victim to our own bitterness, anger and hyper-vigilance. This is not a sprint. It is a marathon.
