Monday Motivation

Happy Monday, friends! I had a really nice weekend. On Saturday I had lunch with a friend, and on Sunday I went to a drive-through baby shower for a former coworker. Alexis spent the weekend with my brother and sister-in-law and had so much fun she cried on the way home because she already missed them.

Usually I write this post on Sunday night, but I was really tired and went to bed early for once. So I'm writing this after coming in from my morning walk/jog. It was definitely more walk than jog this morning. I got a charlie horse about halfway through and limped my way home to the icy hot. I almost didn't go this morning but after missing five days for my ankle, I knew that I had to make myself. It would be so easy to stop and fall back into the "I hate my body" mindset.

This week should be a magazine distribution week, so I'll be pretty busy with that. I also have to start confirming dates for holiday events and scheduling all my editorial stuff. The end of the year is always a little more rushed feeling so I'm trying to get ahead of everything so I don't get bogged down.

I don't have anything extra for you today. Lack of planning on my part. And I don't have a blog plan for the rest of the week yet. Until my magazines arrive, I won't have a solid work plan either, so I'll be taking it day-by-day until then, which is okay, too. I hope you all have a great week!
