10 Mom & Family Accounts You Should Follow

by - September 07, 2021

This post is pretty self-explanatory...

I follow a lot of accounts on social media. It's a hazard of my day job. However, I do have a small selection of curated accounts that speak specifically to my interests or to mom life/parenting. Even though I don't personally know any of the people behind these pages, I like to think we all belong to the same tribe. They offer up support and lots of laughs via memes, videos, and relatable stories. At the end of the day, these accounts remind me that we're all just winging it, and even though it feels like it a lot of the time, we aren't alone in this parenting journey.

So, without further ado, here are the 10 mom and family accounts whose posts I'm most likely to hit the share button on.

Mom Life Uncensored - The name of this page says it all. It is incredibly relatable, which is something all moms need.

Coffee. Mom. Repeat - This is probably my most-shared-from account. Her meme game is strong. Plus she's real and often shares vulnerable posts.

Sarcastic Mama - This page has memes, parenting news, and everything in between.

Working Mom's Rock - This is a nice little online community for all of us working moms. The memes they share range from funny to inspiring.

Meredith Masony - Meredith shares funny videos about real parenting situations, is the founder of Filter Free Parents which talks about the good and bad parts of parenting, and is the co-host of a podcast that I occasionally listen to.

Kristina Kuzmic - Kristina is so great. She's encouraging and inspirational and not afraid to be real about motherhood.

No Idea What I'm Doing: A Daddy Blog - Yes, I follow a dad account. His posts are not only funny, but also inspirational and give me a male perspective on a lot of situations I wouldn't have ever necessarily considered.

Everyday Reading - Jannsen posts a lot about books, but she also shares a lot of family-related stuff. Hers is by far my most-read blog, and I always learn something or find something I want to try in my own home.

The Holderness Family - I'm not going to lie - I mostly just watch their videos because they make me smile, but they do also have a blog and just released a book. I like how they get their kids involved in what they do, and I think that Kim (the mom) and I have a lot in common.

Wiregrass Parents - I couldn't not include my own parenting magazine in this list. Seriously, though. Even if you're not local, you'll find lots of good stuff with us.
